Finally the reality of making vaccine for COVID 19 has come to reality. The contenders popping out effectively are Moderna and Pfizer, both American company. Chinese Sinovac and Russian Sputnik are also in the race. Most of the countries have already given permissions of emergency trial to all these vaccines including India where a batch of Russian made vaccine arrived some days back. See, even if we will get over Covid 19 which is a reality now, the question that USA and China were involved in genetic modification of coronavirus will always raise eyebrows of the people. The Wuhan institute of virology which is based in China is Bsl 4 laboratory which was established with the help of France, USA and Canada. It had strong tie ups with USA based Galveston national University. The first vaccine was developed by China which they had already given to their soldiers during confrontation with Indian Soldiers before it could be used by people. Infact, Wuhan which was epicenter for covid 19 also became first province to declare themselves covid free. 

The past history of biological weapons, used by imperialistic Germany during world war 1 and effectively weaponized by British Army was the  beginning. The unit 731 of Japan even bombed the Chinese people with bubonic plague killing 400,000 people. Before the entry of USA in world war 2,it had already mastered to weaponize several biological weapons. See, the history is not hidden from anyone the dominant and imperialistic powers have always been behind the suffering of mankind. Project Clear Vision where CIA conducted soviet built biological bomblets under Clinton era is on Wikipedia. Syrian President Bashr Al Assad has been using chemical and biological weapons on his people since 2012 leading to killing of peoples. USA who completely monopolised the bio weapons has become the most affected country in the world right now. 

Each and every facts are hidden this time as well, people are fighting for their lives. In 2030 or 40 some article will be published exposing the black death of twenty first century and the data will be there on the wikipedia. 

      

LOVE JIHAD vs STATES

The origin of Love Jihad in India started in 2000,when there was campaign which started in Karnataka and also in some part of Northern Kerala where many people accused that there is a controversy of Love jihad. Ultimately in 2009,an investigation was carried out by Karnataka CID, all the complaints about the Love jihad was investigated and Karnataka CID said, there is no such thing as jihad and all the accusations are false.

In 2018 a girl named Hadia previous name Akeela from Kerala, a Hindu girl converted to Islam, after that she married a boy Shaifeen and that lead to father of the girl to file a case saying there should be investigation because this is the case of Love Jihad, basically my daughter has been trapped by this Muslim man and they want to take my daughter to Syria and force her to join ISIS. So, Kerala High court enters into picture and unulls the marriage ,Kerala high court said this marriage is not legal. So, this matter reached Supreme Court and Supreme Court reiterated and expanded the scope of Article 21.

Supreme Court said if Article 21 talks about right to life and personal liberty it also talks about right to marry. If a girl and a boy they are adults, state has no power to control them to impose their own views on this adult couple. It is there life, responsibility, no matter how they want to live there life. Even there parents cannot force them to marry parents of there choice. 

The Right of two adults to stay together cannot be encroached upon by states.  

        

LOVE JIHAD VS STATES

 

If we look in India, the vast majority of marriage of Indians(95-99%) is intra caste or intra religion that means majority of marriage is not inter caste or inter religion. On top of that 70-80% of Indians regardless of their age, regardless of religion disapprove of inter caste and inter religious marriage.So,less than 5% of marriages are inter caste, less than 2% of marriages are inter religious marriages.

According to Right Wing definition of Love Jihad-When a Muslim man conceals his identity and he come across contact of Hindu girl, seduce the girl into marriage and force the girl to convert into Islam.

So, according to them Love Jihad is a well thought of conspiracy by Muslim man because they hide their identity, they trap the gullible Hindu girl, seduce them into marriage and force them to convert.

According to left wing there is no Jihad and love is pure, love jihad is imaginary.

But, now this concept of love jihad has again come to the fore as Uttar Pradesh and four other states are trying to bring in a law to curb love jihad and one reason for this was order by Allahabad high court, where it said that if you are to convert just because of marriage than that is unacceptable but the same Allahabad High court has now modified its earlier order and said that right to live with person of his/her choice irrespective of religion professed by them is intrinsic to the right to life and personal liberty.    

BOYCOTTING FRANCE,SECULARISM AND INDIA

With French people on boil with recent beheading and attacks taking place in their country.The questionof Secularism has again come to the fore.It all started with a French magazine called Charlie Hebdo publishing a funny caricature of Prophet Mohammad which is deemed as an offense in Muslim World.The History teacher who showed the image was beheaded and there had been several attacks going on since then. French President Emanuel Macron openly supported the freedom of expression which is epitome of democracy and thus had been receiving threats there after. With Turkish president and Pakistan Prime minister openly condemning Macron and calling him retard has lead to rise of anti French sentiments in the Muslim world. India openly came in support of France and condemned the attacks.But,the question is should the French government impose strict Blasphemy laws?

In every religion, whether be Christianity, Hinduism or Islam there are certain practices which are taboo and considered sacred. Our Constitution talks about equality, fraternity and Secularism and these things have been imbibed in us from our childhood but despite knowing all these things ,we blindly follow these practices. In countries like Pakistan and Saudi Arabia where death penalty is awarded on just speculations of being said anything about Prophet, is that tolerable? Who can forget the famous Asia Bibi case and status of minorities in Pakistan. And it's not just the Muslim world which is being intolerant but, if the magazine publishes offending caricatures about Hindu deity, the Hindu world will also become intolerant.The Jewish,Christians have taken the criticism,and they do not believe in bullying or terrorizing coutry or person,then why the religious muslim are on boil?

The magazine is not particularly targeting the Islam religion, it has even been publishing and taking stand against taboo practices in every religion.Why,it is so hard to fathom the fact that God is One and he/she is not offended by funny caricatures rather being upset by the terrorism,fake secularism and cheap politics.

With French secularism supporting Blasphemy. Religious people should learn to tolerate it otherwise they can go to country where abusing Gods is in against the law. Politicians like Erdogan ,Imran Khan should invite people over instead of inciting them.

PROTEST,INDIA AND THE WORLD

Protest is being accompanied with every decision of the present government.Take it CAA,farmers bill or privatization.Recently government passed three farmers bill which now has become a act after the president's consent,which has lead to boil among people and opposition party.They had taken down to roads in this pandemic situation where cases are reaching all time high and might overcome USA in coming weeks.See,those who are protesting are farmers,middleman and the opposition state party's.Rahul Gandhi  has  two option to raise his voice against the present government.Earlier his plan was to take stand for the Hathra's victim but now he is demonstrating roadshow at Haryana borders.With this act of farm bills,farmers are worried that it may lead to ending up of MSP by the government,the states are worried that it will lead to ending up of "mandis",which generate revenue for the state.Earlier,they had already given up the tax revenue generated in the form of GST and now the central government has raised their hands to compensate the states.So,this had further raised eyebrows for the state.

People were already on boil with the Hathra's incident and now this farm bill.Thank God it was pandemic which forced the government to enact the epidemic act and it developed fear among people which abated the protest at the time of CAA.The agriculture sector which contributed positively despite negative performance by our core sectors to plummet the gdp negatively has been facing tough times.

Earlier,JNU was desperate to trigger the protest by raising anti national slogans and whole nation was busy in condemning JNU.But,now the scenario has changed.Now,JNU is contributing it's part in nation wide protest.

Sometimes,the people are confused whether the present government is expediting the decision process or raging nation wide protest.

The entire world right now is boiling with some kind of issues,take it covid19 anger against China,demonstration against Belarus president,black lives matter,civil war in Sudan or CAA.The world is boiling and it may lead to an end before any heat waves can lead serious climate change.

INDIAN NEWS MEDIA

India media is at its lowest level of journalism, this is very unfortunate for me to say but that's true.With the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput,news channel have been covering this news for more than three months now.See,the problem is not here, there has been several ups and downs in SSR case and this is media only,where we can rely  for authentic news.We had been getting all the information about the case before any official or deligate take on the stage to publicly announce it and the credit goes to media.They had been vigilant all the time and giving us news in difficult times.But,everyone has its private space,heckling anyone in their private space to get a masala news has become a part of todays journalism.

Oopsie!what we have popping out is Republic TV,with maximum TRP.For those who follow republic tv,Arnab daily shows himself at 5 pm with a entertainment debate with his own puppets creating chaos at national platform.It's very shameful for a senior journalist like him to have obsession with a  news of particular type.There are several other important issues to be covered other than the obsession with SSR case.The economy has not been showing positive signs before the lockdown itself, unemployment is at its peak,Crime against women,Lowest rank of India in human development index out of 180 countries but of all these things he is obsessed with  "Sonia Antonio Maino",pardon me if I spelled it wrong and "selling drugs at national platform".

Media being the fourth pillar of democracy, should it not be left "Independent", today the news channel give verdict before the Supreme Court does thus defying existence of law. Today our news channels have become a source of entertainment. They are obsessed with Bollywood and Pakistan news,everytime you open a news channel there's a debate going on about defaming Pakistan. Nepal government was pushed to ban Indian news channels due to defaming of there Prime Minister.See,In India we have several outside news outlet working like Amnesty,BBc,CNN who have been given freedom to express themselves but we dont have one news channel that covers the entire world news and is focused on showing reality rather than being a meme material. 

CHARLIE HEBDO AND ATHEISM

 Atheism as a religion is evolving swiftly and was earlier followed by communist nation but now it has reached to liberals too.We live in a democratic country where freedom of speech,expression and freedom to choose any religion is constitutional right.Every individual has right to choose any religion and follow.We also have to acknowledge the fact that every religion has some taboo practices which are blindly followed by them  and they become very sensitive when a derogatory remark is made on their belief.Recently,Charlie Hebdo a french based magazine was in the news for publishing blasphemy caricatures on Prophet Muhammad which lead to heavy protest in Pakistan and other Arab countries.Even in India,boycott Charlie Hebdo was trending on twitter.French government never imposed a ban on Charlie Hebdo citing curtailment of freedom of speech is not acceptable,Although there is eight percent of Muslim population which reside in France according to latest census.

Charlie Hebdo label themselves as Atheist,Anti racist and secular.They not only target one religion but they have even published inappropriate caricatures on other religions too.Other religious people have also objected but they have been attacked twice in 2011 and 2015,both presumed to be in response to controversial Muhammad cartoons they published.The French government never banned this organization and the majority religion is Christianity,that accounts to 82 percent.Fun fact is they have not left even Christianity.

The question here is should we let these type of organization to run,where they can blatantly target one religious belief in the name of freedom of expression.No one can deny the fact that,there are certain taboo practices in every religion.Even in Hindu religion there are several images of deities which are negatively portrayed in the name of freedom of expression.

Today it's evolving as a culture to derogate any religion to get a short termed fame.Twitter has become a appropriate fertile ground  for these battles.It is really funny that on one side we say we are secular and on the other side we easily get offended.But,if a person keeps on passing and publishing such remarks,should the people and government not do anything as we are labelled as democratic and secular.Yes,certainly there should be restrictions on these magazines and publications but showing violence is not a solution,this will lead to development of these ideas to more and more people. 

 

  

SHOULD INDIA SIGN MILITARY PACT WITH USA?

 Intelligence report indicate that China has gained control of Indian territory around the Pangong tso lake,hot spring areas and Chushul and in total it has gained total of 1000 square km of Indian territory in Ladakh through systematic mobilization of troops and equipment. Recently,Indian Army captured the Black top post and uprooted all the Chinese cameras and surveillance equipment and China accused India of LAC violation.In response to this move USA deputy secretary came with a proposal to sign military pact with Japan,Australia and India to counter the Chinese aggression in LAC and South China Sea.Question here is Should India join the Military pact?For this lets analysis some facts from the past.

In 1960 when there was war of ideology going on in Afghanistan between the erstwhile Soviet Union and USA and when Russian invaded Afghanistan,USA started nurturing and funding Mujaheddin with the support of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.Pakistan was the place where these Mujaheddin were trained and it was getting funds from USA and Saudi Arabia.That was a tough time for India as the Pakistanis started deviating small amount of these funds to raise terrorists organization such as JEM,HM,LET and even if India raised the issue of Kashmir at UNSC it was always vetoed by USA.Now,these terrorists organization have become headache for Indian Army.

In 1971,Bangladesh liberation war,USA  deployed its fifth fleet in Bay of Bengal to put pressure on Indian government which was countered by our alignment towards the Soviet Union.In 1949,when communist nation of China was formed and they marched towards Tibet in 1959 for the sake of annexing it,which they eventually did was never opposed by USA.Moreover,the then president of USA Richard Nixon in order to improve relations with China deployed Pakistan to act as a mediator between China and USA.In all these process India was being sidelined.

Our relations with USA started to improve when Barack Obama visited India in 2008 before that we were just having trade deals with USA,in these years USA has pulled back from USA-IRAN nuclear deal,put sanctions on buying of Russia's military equipment which has impacted INDIA as well.See,in Iran we have invested heavily on Chabahar port which is a gateway to connect to middle eastern countries and Europe but in order to appease USA we have stopped purchasing of oil from Iran which was cheaper in comparison to Saudi Arabia and Venezuela,resulting in dropping from Chabahar port. Although we still buy military equipment from Russia but how this can escape from USA eyes.

Today,USA has military pact with Japan and Philippines and these countries pay billion of dollars to USA for the protection of their sovereignty.As we know that these countries have disputed islands with China in South China Sea.Whereas,we already spend massive 70 billion dollars on our defense which is the third largest defense budget after USA and China.Thus making us capable enough to fight for our sovereign rights.

But if we look at the positive side it will help our government to invest less in our defense forces and weaponry,will help our government to increase our stagnated health and education budget.Moreover it will make USA INDIA partnership to achieve greater height but simultaneously it will also bind us to indulge in a war if anyone of the country including JAPAN and AUSTRALIA start a war with any other country.So,before taking any decision on this all facts from the past as well as future should be taken into consideration. 

    

OUTER SPACE EXPLORATION

 Once in a time the stars in the sky,the sun and the moon exploring outer space capture the imagination of people.Such an exploration was viewed with pride and satisfaction.Today it has become new normal and outer space no longer captures our mind space.Why,because major countries of the world are opening new avenues to the private firms and countries which were once not active like UAE are engaging in activity of outer space.Earlier space was forte of government body,But today it has private organization like Space X ,Blue Origin,Virgin Galactia which has pioneered in outer space exploration.Countries like China are also starting there programs like Beidou,which  happens to be satellite navigation system and Russia recently conducted a non destructive test of space based anti Satellite weapon.See, what we are witnessing right now is that the government organization are not only the one,it is the private organization and countries which were earlier not active have also  involved in space exploration.Let's talk about reasons-

*Space mining-Man has everything in the planet,but man's greed is so much that infact Mahatma Gandhi went on to saying there is everything for a man's need but not for man's greed.One such theory about space exploration is there are some metals and some minerals which we can explore in outer space.

One such example is according to USA,asteroid named 16 psyche has some heavy metals which is worth around 10,000 quadrillion dollar.This is the amount of heavy metal which is present in outer space only with respect to one asteroid.So,extraction of valuable mineral has lead to what is called space mining as an objective and this is the primary reason why countries are exploring the outer space. There are many agency who are now studying about asteroids that includes NASA,European space Agency,that is because they want to know how how asteroids have impacted earth previously and in case there is threat emanating from these asteroid we would be able to control them if there is possibility.The asteroid impact is about 3800 times more energetic then a magnitude 8 of earthquake.So,we would be able to control its impact,and this is why countries are investing in asteroid study.

Erstwhile the cost of reaching Low Earth orbit was extremely huge,the prices were too high,but this has been reduced,has been declined by a factor of 20 times in less than a decade.All the stats reveal that more and more countries exploring outer space has lead to decline in cost of space exploration.Today,if we look back at the space market according to bank of America it is about 350 billion dollar worth industry and it will touch about 2.7 trillion dollar by the year 2050.It can lead to creation of jobs,investment and we will have more satellite which are minuscule and small in nature and ultimately all these industries will provide internet connectivity to rural areas as well.    

QUEST FOR POWER

Recently,the newly elected government in Sri Lanka drafted a new constitution which will abandon the nineteenth schedule of Sri lankan constitution passed in year 2015.It diluted the eighteenth amendment which gives power to the president of Sri Lanka.The nineteenth amendment diluted the power of president,set up a constitutional council and this constitutional council monitors the functioning and working of the important commission.It also strengthen the  parliament of Sri Lanka.That means eighteenth amendment has given wide powers to the parliament and council but these powers were  snatched by the dilution of nineteenth amendment moreover the tenure which was fixed to  be twice for a presidential candidate  has also been increased to indefinite period of time.

Russian president Vladimir Putin passed a referendum which was unopposed passed in their parliament and that made him president till 2034. Alexei Navalny who was the only opposition leader in Russia since 2001 although he never won the election because the elections are rigged in Russia, has recently been poisoned by some anonymous group.

Chinese President Xi Jinping(General Secretary of Communist Party of China) has labelled himself president for lifetime.But a communist nation taking this decision does not look scandalized at all because there is no such thing called freedom which exist.Moreover it snatched the freedom of Hong Kong by passing the national security law and making the Chief executive officer Carry Lam a puppet of People Liberation Army(PLA)

.Alexander Lukashenko,president of Belarus has declared himself president for continuously five terms.Despite having a strong opposition,peoples support,exit polls in favor for the opposition leader,he again turned out to be victorious.Despite being member of the European Union and NATO,it is said that he got support from Russian President as it shares boundary with Russia and also erstwhile part of Soviet Union.This has resulted in dissent of people for present government resulting in demonstration during this crisis.

Recently,Poland came up with a law to punish the judges who try to amend the laws passed by the parliament.See Russia and China we all know about these communist nation so, when they come up with such laws,it does not surprise us much.But in the recent times there had been many democratic countries who had been moving on the path of being autocratic.This can be labelled as quest for power which is thriving now in democratic country as well.

   

FAULTS IN OUR PAST

 See,when the Bombay plan was proposed we came to a agreement that the core sector investment will be made by public sector and in non core sector investment by private sector with the support of the government.But,India failed to capitalize because in 1970 and 1980,India's PSU,failed to modernize.The failure of Indian R&D to innovate to modernize can be traced back to Bombay Plan.

Because of Bombay plan,private sector has established a monopoly in non core sector and it was maintaining a monopoly in these non core sectors,and hence,private sector was not interested in making any investment in core sectors and on the other hand public sector suffered due to lack of autonomy,lack of manpower,lack of modernization by the government,which was result of inadequate investment which the government has made in education and health care.

So,due to deficiency of public sector and lack of interest of private sectors to invest in public sector(R&D),Indian innovation suffered in 1970 & 1980,and as a result the productivity and quality of Indian industry took a major hit.So,during this time India saw a time of low innovation and low productivity during this time.So,this was the time of third industrial revolution which India completely missed out.It was the time of Electronics,computers,mobiles,processors and we lost out entirely to other Asian economies due to the failure to invest in public sector investment(R&D)wing.Then came the era of LPG,and India's focus shifted to buying technology from rest of the world and this made India excessively reliant on external supply,especially critical technology.

The introduction of LPG reforms failed to modernize our PSU,and instead making them self reliant it made them dependent.As a result indigenous research and development suffered.So,post LPG reforms we saw that very few PSU invested in research and development , innovate and develop their own technology.The LPG reforms did allow the foreign companies to set foot in India and bring in much needed FDI,but there investment in R&D,does not account for indigenisation. As a result of these flawed policy in past,India has minimum investment in R&D,that is 1% of GDP.

If we compare with other Asian economies,such as Japan,South Korea,Hongkong,Taiwan and Singapore.They are completely self reliant with regard to critical technologies.So,back in 1970-80,these countries made sufficient investment in Public sector lead Research and Development.Over the years,these public sector have not only increased Public investment in Research and Development but they have also extended support to private R&D,and made them capable of relying on indigenous products.

China in 1970-80,when India was lagging behind,China followed the approach of countries such as Thailand,Malaysia and Indonesia as a hub for low end manufacturing,but late 1990,China clearly established itself as manufacturing power house and in this few years,China invested its focus and it has began making massive development,especially in critical area such as 5g,internet of things,AI,machine learning,Super computing etc.So,these things places China in comfortable position to lead the world towards fourth industrial revolution.    

NAGALAND PEACE ACCORD AND RECENT DEVELOPMENT

 NSCN was established in 1980 and divided in two NSCN(IM),NSCN(K) due to difference in ideology.But,due to India's effective counter insurgency program and constant pressure exerted on insurgent outfit by Indian security forces.The NSCN(IM) was forced to sign a ceasefire agreement with India back in 1997 and later the other fraction of NSCN including the khaplang also signed a ceasefire agreement with Indian government.So,over the last two decade Indian government has been looking to initiate Naga peace process in order to settle the age old political crisis that date back to pre Independence.

Finally in 2015 a historic agreement was signed between Indian government and Naga representative including the NSCN(IN) and various Naga political group but this framework agreement was not acceptable to NSCN(K) fraction and hence it broke the ceasefire and it continued its insurgency against Indian government by establishing a strong base in Myanmar.But,however as per the terms of 2015 agreement talks between Indian government , NSCN(IM) and Naga political group progressed with governor of Nagaland RN Ravi playing a key role of interlocutor but over the last few weeks major differences have emerged between RN Ravi and NSCN(IM) and it threatened to derail the ongoing Naga peace process.See,a couple of months ago governor has written a open letter to Indian government labeling NSCN(IM) as a armed gang and openly challenging the legitimacy of state government and Indian constitution.Than recently Indian security forces had even targeted few cadres of NSCN(IM).So,as a result NSCN(IM) has started demanding the Indian government to remove RN Ravi as interlocutor and due to hurdle being placed by the peace process the naga decided to make the confidential agreement of 2015 public and details of the agreement has raised concerns in neighbouring Arunachal Pradesh.

See,Nagas are willing to accept India's sovereignty but demanding greater autonomy for nagas inhabited areas and they are probably expecting the Indian government to grant their constitution of their own.One of the strongest demand of Naga group especially that of NSCN(IM) is to keep all Naga inhabited areas of North East united under the so called "Greater Nagaland" or "Nagaland".This demand of NSCN (IM) has raised lot of concerns in NSCN(IM) and Arunachal Pradesh. The representatives of Arunachal Pradesh have reasons to fear because the Naga peace process might affect the territorial integrity of the state.

See,since the NSCN was established its primary objective was to unify all the Naga inhabited areas in the North East areas of India and to establish this region as separate state or country by gaining independence from India and constitution.This demand of NSCN arises from the fact that Naga tribe are not just limited to state of Nagaland but they can be also found neighbouring Manipur,parts of Assam,Arunachal Pradesh and as well as in parts of Myanmar.So,the stated objective of NSCN has always been to unify the Nagaland inhabited areas and establish the so called "Nagalyam" or "Greater Nagaland".Over the last four decades NSCN has rejected the Indian constitution and today since the insurgent movement has been weekend even though they are willing to accept Indian sovereignty they are still unwilling to accept the supremacy of Indian constitution.
